Your name and student ID number are used to identify your account and associate your learning activity with the correct student.

As you use this application, the site records information about your work and progress. This may include:
- Your course or classroom membership
- Your proficiency level as determined by this application

Who Can See Your Information
Your instructor and authorized this application administrators may view information related to your participation and progress. Other students do not have access to your individual learning records.
Data Retention
Completing or withdrawing from a course does not automatically delete your this application account or learning progress. This application may retain your learning history so that your progress can be preserved if you return for another Spanish course.
Losing access to a particular classroom is separate from deletion of your account or learning history.
College Course Records
Information from this application may be used by your instructor for instructional and grading purposes. Official course records may be recorded and retained separately in approved Pierce College systems, such as Canvas, according to applicable college record-retention requirements.
Returning Students
If you use this application again in a later course, your existing account may be reused so that your previous learning progress and proficiency level can continue rather than starting over.
Account and Data Deletion
Account deletion is separate from completing or withdrawing from a course.
You may ask about correction or deletion of information associated with your account for this application. Some course records may be retained separately by your instructor or Pierce College when required for institutional recordkeeping.
